Owners keep the asset and the brand. We run the hotel.

EVT Connect Hospitality is the third-party hotel management business of EVT Group. We currently manage 15 hotels and around 3,200 rooms across Australia and New Zealand for private owners, institutional investors and developers.

Our managed hotels trade under IHG's Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Kimpton and voco, and Accor's The Sebel. Hotels continue operating under their existing brands — we take on the operating agreement, the team and the performance, backed by EVT Group's century of operating history.

Kimpton Sydney bar

A 1930s office block, opened as Australia's first Kimpton.

Sydney's former Water Board building was converted to a 172-key luxury lifestyle hotel and launched under a flag new to the market. We opened it, staffed it and now run it — food and beverage, rooms and commercial performance under one operating team.
